Course Description:
This continuing education course is designed for licensed psychologists practicing in Arizona who wish to deepen their understanding of the ethical and legal responsibilities inherent in their professional practice. Emphasizing the unique ethical requirements of Arizona law, this course covers key areas including the Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners' rules and regulations, confidentiality and privacy issues, the handling of dual relationships, informed consent, and the ethical responsibilities surrounding cultural competence and professional boundaries.
